Become a Member Today

If you would like to become a CIO member of Filey Museum all you have to do is:

1. Download an application form:

   Click here to download the form as a pdf.
2. Fill in the form and save it.
3. Email the completed form along with an attachment of your proof of identity (Passport or Driving Licence) to treasurer.fileymuseum@gmail.com 
4. If you wish, you can print the form, fill it out in pen and post it to:
   Board of Trustees, Filey Museum, 8-10 Queen Street, Filey YO14 9HB.
   Please remember to include a photocopy of your proof of ID.
