This page provides access to a range of our museum’s key policies and procedures. These documents set out how we work, how we keep people safe, and how we make sure the museum is run in a responsible, fair and professional way.
They are available for volunteers, staff, partners and members of the public who may wish to understand how the museum operates, or who need to refer to a specific policy.
The documents listed here include those currently published on the Charity Commission website, along with additional policies that support the day-to-day running of the museum. As our work continues to grow, more policies will be added over time.
